How your website gets built, and when you pay
The steps, in order
Proposal
We send you one short page with your package, what it includes and your price. It is the same price you saw on this site.
Agreement
You confirm the deal on one short page by typing your name.
Deposit
You pay the deposit from your phone, and we start work.
Build
We write your pages and design your site. You can open a preview and try it before it goes live, and ask for changes along the way.
Final payment
You make the final payment, your site goes live, and it is yours.
Changes while we build
You can ask for changes as we build. Starter and Commerce include 2 rounds of changes at each stage, and Platform includes 3. Anything beyond that is priced separately, and we tell you the price first.
When you pay
Starter is paid 50% to start and 50% before launch. Commerce and Platform are paid in three parts: 40%, 30% and 30%. The first part is your deposit, and work starts when it clears. The second falls due while work is in progress, with its timing agreed in your proposal. The site becomes yours on the final payment.
What the price covers
The price on your proposal is the price on the Services page. It stays fixed for everything inside your package. Work beyond the package is a change request with its own stated price, never folded into the package price.
