What this site collects, why, and how to have it deleted
The enquiry form
The form collects your name, phone number, business type and anything you type in the message box. We use it to prepare and discuss your proposal. Our legal basis is steps you ask us to take before a contract: Data Protection Act 2019, section 30(1)(b)(i).
The session_ref cookie
A cookie is a small file your browser keeps. Ours is called session_ref. It records which pages you view here, under a reference number instead of your name. If you send the form, that record is linked to your enquiry. The cookie lasts 30 days.
Why we keep that record
It shows us which pages lead to enquiries. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing that: section 30(1)(b)(vii) of the same Act. We do not sell it, it holds no sensitive personal data, and it needs no consent, so there is no cookie banner.
Who holds the data, and for how long
ScriptTagg, a Private Limited Company registered as PVT-34858 at Nairobi, Kenya, is responsible for this data. The site runs on Vercel and the records are stored in Supabase. We keep enquiries for 6 months and page records for 30 days.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
Email scripttagg@gmail.com and tell us what you want to see, correct or delete. We reply within 7 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
